From a young age, Annabel has always had a love for dentistry. She knew from her first visit to the Smart dental clinic at 9 years old that she had to pursue her passion in the dental field, resulting in Annabel completing her year 10 work placement at the Smart Dental Kellyville practice in 2004. It was from there that she was inspired by Jason to undertake an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Oral Health at The University of Sydney. Since then, Annabel has completed a postgraduate degree in Advanced Dental Therapy from the University of Melbourne, and a Master’s in Education from The University of Sydney in 2015. Discovering a passion for teaching, Annabel returned to the University of Sydney as a Clinical Educator within the paediatric department at Westmead Hospital.
Annabel believes that dental care should be gentle, patient-focused ensuring each patient receives individualised care in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Outside of the dental practice, Annabel enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time at the beach, surf ski paddling, and enjoying quality time with her family including her beloved Dalmatian.
