Smart Dental requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If any appointments are cancelled without notice or reason, a cancellation fee may be charged at the discretion of the clinician.
We accept Visa, Mastercard (1.5% surcharge), Diners & Amex (3% surcharge), and have EFTPOS facilities available for payment. We also accept cheques and cash.
Those who are in a health fund can have their accounts claimed directly to the fund on the day of treatment by the HICAPS system. Please note that if, for any reason, we are unable to claim directly from your fund using the HICAPS system or if you forget to bring your health fund card to an appointment, then the full appointment charges will require payment and an itemised receipt will be issued allowing you to claim back any entitled benefits from your fund.
